A computer algebra package for post-Newtonian calculations
The PROCRUSTES package represents a collection of routines for the general purpose computer algebra system Maple. The routines were developed to assist you in performing calculations within the post-Newtonian approximation of General Relativity. This package is still under development and new versions will be accessible through this page as soon as they become available.
Version 1.0 of the package can also be accessed through the CPC program library.
The use of PROCRUSTES is free of any charge, users who make use of the package are asked to cite the corresponding paper D. Puetzfeld, Comp. Phys. Comm. 175 (2006) 497-508 in their works.
The package is available for download in two different formats. Depending on the operating system choose either the pkzipped or tar/gzipped version by clicking on the corresponding symbol below.
